Charles is a Director and Co-Founder of Hermod Capital. Prior to founding Hermod Capital, Charles worked at Legg Mason and then Polar Capital, most recently as a Sales Director. Over his career, Charles has predominantly focused on UK clients.

Henry is a Director and Co-Founder of Hermod Capital. Prior to founding Hermod Capital, Henry worked at William Blair and then Brown Advisory, most recently as Head of Northern Europe. Over his career, Henry has worked with clients in the UK and across Europe. Henry is also a trustee of the Mvumi School Trust.
